Service delivery itself, including consulting engagements and turnkey management, is governed by separate written agreements between you and Publisher in a Box Inc. Submitting our contact form does not create a service agreement; any such agreement requires a separately executed contract.

Data submitted to AI tools for processing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not used to train third-party AI models.

Publisher in a Box is not liable for revenue loss, platform actions, algorithm changes, advertiser volatility, API access revocations, data inaccuracies from third-party sources, AI tool outputs, technical outages, indirect damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Publisher in a Box, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party platform’s terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful. You may terminate your use of the Site at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for separately contracted services already rendered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Publisher Growth Network / Publisher in a Box Inc. regarding the use of the Site.
